Behavior analysis is a scientific study of behavior that seeks to understand and explain the behavior of individuals and groups. My job as a behavior analyst involves observing and measuring behavior, identifying environmental factors that influence behavior, and developing strategies to modify behavior. Behavior analysis aims to improve the quality of life by helping individuals acquire new skills, reduce problem behaviors, and achieve greater independence.
As the Executive Director and Founder of Behavior Care Center (BCC), I combine over 13 years of field experience with a deeply compassionate, family-centered approach to behavior intervention. Since 2011, I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals across the entire lifespan—from infants to seniors—and navigating a wide spectrum of special needs. I founded BCC to deliver high-quality, transformative services that foster positive lasting change and enhance communication for school-aged children, adults, and their support systems.
A core pillar of my practice is a heavy focus on collaborative parent training. I believe that lasting progress happens when families are empowered, which is why I prioritize equipping caregivers with the tools and confidence needed to support their loved ones daily. Because I am fully bilingual in English and Arabic, I am able to break down communication barriers, reach a wide client base, and deliver this critical training and guidance in the language that families understand best and relate to most.
What truly enriches my practice is my international upbringing. Having lived in various countries, I possess a firsthand understanding of diverse cultures and family structures. This unique background allows me to readily adapt to, respect, and support the distinct cultural dynamics and unique needs of every individual household.
My clinical expertise is backed by a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and credentials as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a Project ImPACT Coach, and a Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) Levels I & II practitioner. Blending these advanced, family-led methodologies with the personal insights and empathy I have gained as a wife and mother, I am proud to provide deeply respectful, culturally responsive care to every family I serve.
